hello im new to all this and also just filled out application to get my card so is this true i will have to have a caregiver before i will be able to get my card???? if so does anyone here know how i can find 1 this is around me im from lake havasu so if anyone here can help it would really help because like i said im not really good at any of this online stuff so any info you have would help out alot thanks
